The tiered loyalty program rewards active traders and helps a brokerage keep them. Traders earn points for every trade they place, and more trades mean more points. Enough points move a trader up a level, for example from Associate to Trader to Expert, and higher levels apply a bigger multiplier, so consistent traders earn points faster. Points can be redeemed for cash or crypto.
Brokerages use it to attract new clients and lower churn with a clear, simple reward program; IBs offer it alongside their standard benefits to bring in more clients. The program is configured in the bonuses and rewards module and shown to traders in the client area.
